Group Education Programs

  • GLA:D Program
    Designed for individuals with osteoarthritis, the GLA:D Program combines education and group exercises to reduce pain and improve strength, mobility, and daily function. Guided by our Kinesiologist, this evidence-based program helps participants manage symptoms and enhance their quality of life within a supportive environment.
  • Otago Falls Prevention Exercise Program
    The Otago Program is a proven exercise program aimed at reducing fall risk in older adults. Led by our Kinesiologist, it focuses on strength, balance, and mobility exercises to boost stability and confidence. Regular participation helps improve safety, reduces the likelihood of falls, and promotes injury prevention.
