Inclement Weather Policy

During our last clinic closure due to inclement weather, we failed to communicate the closure to you other than our method of posting on our social media channels and website. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused and we heard your concerns.

For future clinic closures due to inclement weather, we will begin to notify patients who have an appointment during the day of the closure by email. For those that do not have an email, we will be contacting you via phone in your preferred phone number we have in your chart. If you don’t have an email left with the clinic but would like to, please call the clinic and speak with one of our receptionists to update your chart.

We will continue to post the clinic closure on our social media and website, but going forward will also be reaching out to patients with appointments that morning via email or phone.
