How to Access Mental Health Support
If you are struggling to cope with life challenges or suspect you have a mental health concern, talk to your family doctor or any member of our Family Health Team. Speaking openly will help ensure you are referred to the appropriate health professional.
Important Note: If you have access to counselling through an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP), other workplace benefit programs or Ontario Works/ODSP, we encourage you to use those resources first.
